Randstad Interim Executives also believes that it is imperative to continue to develop relationships with our existing Interim Managers who are working on assignment for us, as well as those who are yet to work with us. Clearly defined Terms of Reference
– all Interim contracts include agreed objectives and deliverables, timescales, reporting structures and progress review procedures, protecting both our Clients and our Interim Managers.

– typically, we are able to provide a shortlist of no more than 3 experienced and fully background screened candidates within 48 hours of taking a brief, often more quickly. Our experienced consultants will advise accurately in discussions about the timescales for each requirement.

– usually, a fixed daily rate, with no hidden costs.

– we do everything we can to make each assignment run smoothly, providing in-depth support to our Clients and Interim managers, and responding promptly to any issues that may arise
