Chris Bernard: Managing Director

Chris Bernard – Operations Director Chris has more than 17 years of top level Interim Management experience. Since joining Randstad Interim Executives Chris has overseen the growth and development of a number of practices such as telecoms, food and drink, fmcg, commerce and industry including the creation of a number of specialist business streams. She has handled a number of senior level appointments across these sectors and developed strong relationships with Interim Managers and Clients. Chris joined the Executive Board in 2008 and has been key in establishing Randstad Interim Executives’ position as one of the UK’s leading Interim Management providers. With a degree in Law and an MBA, Chris’s previous career in client relationship management was within the strategic management team at Ashridge Management College.

Gary Belchem: Finance Director

Gary Belchem – Finance Director Gary qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1998 and then spent 6 years at Match Group, a specialist healthcare recruitment company. Gary joined the Randstad Group in August 2004 as Finance Director for Reliance Care and then moved to a Group Finance role in July 2006. In this Group role Gary supported a number of regions including the UK, India, Australia, Portugal and the Nordic countries with a significant involvement in acquisition work. Gary is the Finance Director for Randstad Interim Executives, responsible for the areas of Finance, IT and HR.

Mike Fisher: Head of Practice – Financial Services

Mike started his career as a naval architect within the oil and gas industry, and then moved into management consulting / change management within financial services. For the last 6 years he ran his own company placing senior level interim executives within financial services. Mike joined Randstad Interim Executives in January 2011, and has an MBA. Mike lives in Chichester, is married and has worked in Mexico, Florida, and Aberdeen.

Mike is a keen competitive RS400 dinghy sailor and runner for many years.

Claire Hain: Head of Practice, Commerce & Industry

Claire has been in the interim industry since 2000, providing senior Interim Managers at Board and Head of Function level to a variety of FTSE 500 and SME clients. Claire herself worked as an Interim Manager so therefore understands the Interims’ perspective first hand.

Claire works across all business functions delivering roles to Commerce & Industry clients by forming a collaborative partnership format with clients and interims alike.

Linda Eden-Ellis: Head of Practice, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences & Healthcare

Linda has 20 years experience working in the pharmaceutical and drug development industry, initially working in the administration and project management of international clinical trials for several years before moving into a commercial role managing the launch of a new business unit set up to facilitate the insourcing of specialist staff to the pharmaceutical industry. This was the start of Linda’s career in recruitment and managing insourced staff for her key accounts in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and Clinical Research Organisations. More recently Linda was Director of Recruitment for a clinical research organisation before joining Randstad Interim Executives to head up the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice.

Antony Flagg: Senior Consultant, Financial Services

Antony started his career as an Accountant working for large companies such as Wembley Stadium, Omnicom Group and News International. He then moved into interim recruitment within Financial Services and Commerce & Industry. For the last 6 years he has been a senior manager placing senior level interim executives within Financial Services in the UK and Europe.

Antony joined Randstad Interim Executives Financial Services practice in September 2011.

Jane Hammond: Account Manager – Financial Services

Jane has in excess of 12 years recruitment experience and has spent the last 5 years working in the interim market within the Financial Services sector.

Jane is currently an Account Manager with Randstad Interim Executives where she is responsible for developing and managing relationships with both interims and key account clients.

Yvonne Turton: Office Manager / Personal Assistant

With a background in Executive support, Yvonne joined Albemarle Interim Management (now rebranded to Randstad Interim Executives) in October 2008 as Personal Assistant. Yvonne has recently been promoted to the position of Office Manager / Personal Assistant.

Yvonne has over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry gained whilst supporting Executive Board members of another major recruitment organisation.

Amy O'Flynn: Business Support & Compliance Officer

Amy has more than 8 years recruitment experience within a support role for top level Interim Management recruitment companies. She joined Randstad Interim Executives in 2009 as Business Support to the Financial Services practice. Amy took on the additional role of Compliance Officer for the whole company in 2011 giving her an increased exposure to the wider Randstad Group.

Amy is also a qualified holistic massage therapist and enjoys travelling abroad and has a particular passion for Spain.

Leanne Day: Business Assistant & Process Officer

Leanne started in a temp capacity for Beresford Blake Thomas, now Randstad Care, in 2002. Promoted to Business Support Co-ordinator, responsible for the support team across several UK offices, she worked in the Social Care and Housing Recruitment arena for 7 years.

Leanne joined Randstad Interim Executives, in December 2009 and is currently the Business Assistant & Process Officer providing support and assistance to the Financial Services practice.
