Tara Ricks began her career in investment banking, working at Morgan Stanley International on the Convertible Bond trading desk. She joined Joslin Rowe in 1990 as a consultant in the investment banking division and was appointed director in 1994 with responsibility for the permanent recruitment teams in both London and Scotland. In 2002, Tara became Managing Director of Joslin Rowe, and subsequently of Randstad Financial & Professional, and Randstad Interim Executives. She is currently also a member of the Executive Committee of APSCo.
Gary qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1998 and then spent 6 years at Match Group, a specialist healthcare recruitment company. Gary joined the Randstad Group in August 2004 as Finance Director for Reliance Care and then moved to a Group Finance role in July 2006. In this Group role Gary supported a number of regions including the UK, India, Australia, Portugal and the Nordic countries with a significant involvement in acquisition work. Mike started his career as a naval architect within the oil and gas industry, and then moved into management consulting / change management within financial services.
