Tara Ricks began her career in investment banking, working at Morgan Stanley International on the Convertible Bond trading desk. She joined Joslin Rowe in 1990 as a consultant in the investment banking division and was appointed director in 1994 with responsibility for the permanent recruitment teams in both London and Scotland. In 2002, Tara became Managing Director of Joslin Rowe, and subsequently of Randstad Financial & Professional, and Randstad Interim Executives. She is currently also a member of the Executive Committee of APSCo.
Gary qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1998 and then spent 6 years at Match Group, a specialist healthcare recruitment company. Gary joined the Randstad Group in August 2004 as Finance Director for Reliance Care and then moved to a Group Finance role in July 2006. In this Group role Gary supported a number of regions including the UK, India, Australia, Portugal and the Nordic countries with a significant involvement in acquisition work. Gary is the Finance Director for Randstad Interim Executives, responsible for the areas of Finance, IT and HR.

Mike started his career as a naval architect within the oil and gas industry, and then moved into management consulting / change management within financial services. For the last 6 years he ran his own company placing senior level interim executives within financial services. Mike joined Randstad Interim Executives in January 2011, and has an MBA. Mike lives in Chichester, is married and has worked in Mexico, Florida, and Aberdeen.
Mike is a keen competitive RS400 dinghy sailor and runner for many years.

He has worked for several industry leading firms and has developed specialist knowledge of the change management space and he also has a keen interest in the field of PMO.
James joined in April 2012 to work as the Client Relationship Manager into one of our key accounts with the aim of enhancing our overall proposition and delivery into the account.

Amy has more than 10 years’ experience working for top level Interim Management recruitment companies. Amy joined Randstad Interim Executives in 2009 as Business Support to the Financial Services practice and was promoted in 2012 to Resourcer. Amy resources for our various Interim recruitment campaigns within Financial Services which include Barclays Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of England, Nationwide Building Society, RBS, Virgin Money, Ulster Bank and IRBC.
Amy is a qualified holistic massage therapist and enjoys travelling abroad with a particular passion for Spain.
